Mac Signs Creates Award-Winning Christmas Float for Local Parades

After a month of design and construction, with most of their staff coming in on nights and weekends to build it, the 2007 Mac Sign Company Christmas Float was a huge success in more ways then one.

The float, custom designed and fabricated by the staff of Mac Signs Company, took first place at the Hope Mills Parade, and it took 3rd place at the Fayetteville Rotary Parade.

The giant float was 13'5" tall and 22' long.  It was made in the shape of Santa's Sleigh and it was called Santa's Sign Shop.  The float was towed by a company pick-up truck, decorated with reindeer antlers and a giant red nose.

Mac Sign Company would like to thank NAPA Auto Parts and Martin Senour Paints for donating the automotive paint for the float.
