The Brite Lites Signature Maintenance Program
Brite Lites Maintenance program is being designed to ensure
customer satisfaction as well as good customer rapport. The Brite Lites program is a FREE service to
our clients and will be handled by each individual sales representative within
the Mac Sign Company Sales Team. The
program will begin effective March 5th 2008. The Brite Lites program will be a MANDATORY
monthly task that is to be done on the first Wednesday of every month. The purpose of this program is to ensure the
upkeep and maintenance of our clients’ signage.
The Process:
Our goal with the Brite Lites program is to check the status
of all main ID signage, building signage and any sub-copy signage on the clients’
property for illumination, cleanliness, etc.
The Brite Lites program will include a check list for each
site location. On that check list there
will be areas to mark the main ID signage as well as the building signage. The checklists are to be filled out in full,
to the best available onsite information.
Once the checklists are completed an information sheet called the Brite
Lites Maintenance Report will be filled out by the corporate office and either
faxed or emailed to the client. At the
same time each sales representative will personally contact via phone their client
to inform them of our program, what our inspection report has found, and to
find out if they would like us to proceed with a service call. If the client would like us to proceed with
service, each sales representative will proceed to the main office to have a
work order issued for the maintenance / service department.
MAIN ID PYLON CHECKLIST
The process of the main ID signage is as follows and specified
on the survey checklist:
- Determine
the style of sign (I.E., Single Pole, Twin pole, Monument etc…)
- Specify
the amount of cabinets on the pylon / pole structure.
- Specify
which cabinet (if any) needs service.
- Specify
if the cabinets, poles, and/or pylon covers need repainting.
- Try
to obtain an actual measurement for scaling in office purposes.
- Take
digital photos.
BUILDING SIGNAGE:
The process of the main ID signage is as follows and specified
on the survey checklist:
- Looking
at the front of the building, there will be an area on the check list to
specify Front, Left, Right or Back Elevation. Specify the elevation for EACH sign.
- On
the checklist there will be an area to specify the style of signage. I.E.
channel letters, wall cabinet etc.
- Once
you have specified the type of sign you will need to determine either the
cabinet color or raceway/return color and if repainting is needed.
- Then
you need to specify face style, and/or colors.
- Each
elevation must be specified on a SEPARATE Brite Lites checklist to ensure
quality and accuracy on our end.
- Try
to obtain measurements if possible.
- Take
digital photos.
